Explorer Windows 

${env_var:SystemRoot}\explorer.exe /select,${resource_loc}

TortoiseSVN Integration

To show the history (in TortoiseSVN) of the current file: 

TortoiseProc.exe /command:log /path:"${selected_resource_loc}"

Notepad++

To start Notepad++ for the current file: 

C:\Program Files\Notepad++\notepad++.exe "${selected_resource_loc}"
